This morning I made a super simple smoothie that knocked my socks off.
All you need is a blender and the following ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup orange/apple juice
- 8-10 cubes of ice
- 1 tablespoon of Flax Seeds
- Lime juice from 1/4 lime (Optional)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
Flax Seed is a great way to gain protein and fibre to keep you boosted the entire day!
A gorgeous and indulgent smoothie, but totally healthy!
This yummy drink is perfect for a warm day, before or after a workout.
(This is also my first attempt with the camera. Try not sipping the smoothies before clicking the pictures like I did :P)
