KICKBOXING CARDIO : What to expect?

What is Kickboxing Cardio?
A challenging and fun cardiovascular workout that focuses on core training, strengthening and endurance. Though at this point it is not intended to train you for a fight, it does take the spirit and physical demands of kickboxing and channel it into a workout that helps you burn calories like a prize winning kick-boxer.

The class / session format is such that along with cardio and endurance and strengthening the body it gives a sense of overall satisfaction. With a one-to-one focus on each of the students, each class is educational, intense and of course, full of kicks!

How many calories do I burn?
A kickboxing workout burns between 10-15 calories per minute, or roughly 270 – 405 total.

The session is held by Vishal Seigell (Muay Thai / Kick Boxing / Personal Trainer, Crosstrain FC, New Delhi, Boxing Inspector -- Kansas Boxing Commission KS, USA)
